WoodPecker Return & Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the official WoodPecker website (woodpeckerlb.com).
1. All Sales Final
All products sold by WoodPecker are sold on a non-returnable and non-refundable basis. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstance.
2. Order Review
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, quantities, and shipping details prior to completing a purchase. WoodPecker is not liable for errors made during the ordering process by the customer.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify WoodPecker within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us. The messae must include the order number and photographic evidence of the issue. WoodPecker reserves the right to evaluate and determine the appropriate course of action at its sole discretion.
4. Policy Acceptance
