• A flat delivery fee of $5 applies to all orders, regardless of location.

• Orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days (excluding Sundays) from the date of confirmation.

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your region, weather conditions, and overall order volume.

• Please make sure all shipping details (name, address, phone number) are entered accurately at checkout to avoid any delivery delays or issues.

Pre-Order Policy

At WoodPecker, we offer preorders to give you early access to selected products before they arrive in stock. Please read the following terms carefully before placing a preorder.

• Preorder items are not in stock at the time of purchase and will be shipped once they arrive.
• Estimated shipping timelines are provided as a guideline and may be subject to delays due to shipping or customs.
• Payment is completed using your selected payment method at checkout from the available options.
• Preorders cannot be canceled after they are placed, unless the item becomes unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order.
• Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received once stock becomes available.
• If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
